Codehesion
Let’s talk

We're Codehesion.Scaling impact through software done right.

Built right, software can take a business further than anyone planned, and change things for every person it serves. Built badly, it holds everyone back, and the person who chose it carries the blame. That's why there's a sign in our lobby that says "Software Shouldn't Suck." Everyone here works to it, so the software we build for you is the kind that takes your business further.

01

Who we are

Hector Beyers founded Codehesion in Centurion, Gauteng. Whatever stage your software is at, whether that's an idea, a project that has stalled or a system that runs the business, our AI-leading Innovation Pods take it to the next one. Companies like Lesaka, Tiger Wheel & Tyre, Romans Pizza and City Lodge work with us.

Ridiculously selective on talent: ~3% of applicants hired

We hire for technical excellence, work ethic and character. The last one matters more than people expect. Will our clients enjoy working with this person? The best technical work means little if the team is hard to work with. And everyone who joins works to the sign in the lobby.

Our people come from different paths, some through university and some self-taught, and we keep developing them once they're here. Teams work together in the office, and code reviews, pairing and AI skills are part of how every team works. So the people on your project have done this before, and keep getting better at it.

04

Most of our clients started small

"In all my career, Codehesion is the best consultancy I have ever worked with. They are technical experts, they work really fast, but also just have a great culture and are great people to work with." David, CTO, Lesaka

Our largest clients all began with one piece of work. One came to us for a code audit and now has six developers with us. Another brought its whole software portfolio across after we got a single project back on track. Every client owns their code and could walk away any time. They stay because they want to.
