Built it fast with AI?Now let's make it hold up.

It works and people want it, but every change breaks something that used to work. Whether you, your developers or a freelancer built it, we take it to production: secure, tested and ready for real customers.

02Sound familiar?

The first version came together in days. Then the changes started breaking things.

Customers are using it, real data is going into it, and every release feels like a gamble. One bad one in front of them could mean a breach, an outage or a customer who doesn't come back.

I spend more time asking the AI why it broke something than building anything new.
When I release, I can't break things in production.
I built the app, and now I can't get it any further.

You didn't do anything wrong. AI builds the features you ask for, and production needs things nobody thinks to ask for.

03What's usually missing

What production needs that a demo never asks for

If your software was built quickly with AI, a few of these gaps are probably in it, and that's normal. None of them show up when you demo it. All of them show up once real customers arrive.

What we usually findWhat you get
Security gaps: keys and passwords in the code, data open to anyone who knows where to look, packages the AI made upSecurity closed at the source, and checked on every change
No automated tests, so every change is a gambleTests on the journeys that matter most, run on every change
No structure: every file written a different way, hard to change safelyCode that's maintainable and scalable, with standards your team, and your AI, can keep building on
Sign-in and personal data set up for a demo, before anyone asked who should see whatProper sign-in and access, and data handled in line with POPIA and GDPR
One server, no backups, and errors nobody sees until a customer complainsHosting that scales, backups, a recovery plan, and monitoring from day one
04How it works

From your code to real customers

We lead with AI on every project ourselves, so we know how fast it is and exactly where it breaks. Every route starts from your code.

  1. 01

A rapid assessment of what you have. Experienced engineers, with AI reading every line, tell you what's solid, what's at risk and what has to happen before real customers arrive, most important first. We keep what works, and only suggest a rebuild when it costs you less.

  2. 02

The safety net goes in first. Tests on the parts that matter and the security gaps closed, so it stops breaking while the rest is done.

  3. 03

Then you choose how we work together. We take it to production with you. A pod of experienced engineers takes it the rest of the way while it stays live, then keeps building with you. It costs the same as outsourcing a single developer, and you only pay for the time you use. You keep building, and we keep it safe. You, your developers or your freelancer carry on. We look after the tests, the security, the hosting and the releases, and check in with a code audit whenever you want one.

Whoever writes the code, we work alongside them, not instead of them.

Code someone else started, taken live

Most of this work is picking up code we didn't write and getting it ready for real users. Two we've taken all the way:

05Questions

What people ask us first.

Open a question
Do we have to start again?

Almost never. We keep what works and fix what doesn't, so none of the work is wasted. We only suggest a rebuild when the evidence says it costs you less.

Can you work with code an AI wrote?

Yes. A lot of the code we review today was written with tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or Lovable. We check it the same way we check any code.

Can we keep building with AI afterwards?

Yes, and we encourage it. The tests and structure we put in place make it safer for you and your AI to keep going.

Will you replace my developer or freelancer?

No. They keep building, with a safety net around their work, and we're there when they need a hand.

Is it secure enough for real users?

It will be. Security gaps are the first thing we look for and the first thing we close, and every change is checked from then on.

Can you get our app into the App Store and Google Play?

Yes. We know the signing, review and privacy rules that trip fast builds up, and we keep the app compliant once it's in.

Our payments and integrations work. Do you still need to look at them?

Yes. They're where a fast build is most likely to fail quietly, so we test them properly and make sure you hear about a failure before a customer does.

Our app runs on a builder platform. Do we have to move it?

Not always. If it can't give you what production needs, such as backups, security or room to grow, we'll plan the move with you, without downtime.

How long until we're in production?

That.s the first thing the rapid assessment answers, before you commit to anything more.

Do you use AI on our code? Is it safe?

We lead with AI to read your whole codebase fast, and an experienced engineer checks every finding. Our AI tools run on commercial licences, and your code is never used to train AI models.

Who owns the code?

You do, all of it, from day one.

What does it cost?

It depends on what the assessment finds. Its scope is agreed upfront, and you'll know what the rest involves before you agree to it.

A release goes out with real customers on it. A test catches the one thing your AI broke before anyone sees it, and your team keeps shipping at the same speed.
